Comments Policy
We closely moderate all Comments in order to help maintain a useful and pleasant Bible study experience. If/when you post a Comment, you AGREE to the terms and conditions of our Comments Policy as outlined below.
- Only registered Blog Participants have access to our Revelation Study Blogs.
- Proofread your comment at least twice before submitting it.
- Your comment will post immediately. (To view it, "Refresh" your screen.).
- You will not be able to edit or delete your comment. (Contact Us if there is a problem.)
- Your comment may be in the form of a question for other online Participants to address.
- Keep your comments brief and address only ONE point in each comment that you submit.
- Comments that help improve the quality (scope and accuracy) of our Revelation Study will be tracked, including: 1) Identify an error, 2) Provide a correction or clarification to a study point, and 3) Enhance a study point with an added Bible or SoP reference.
- Participants that submit multiple, high quality comments will be recognized and possibly awarded.
- The Moderator may contact you by email for clarification to edit and repost your comment accordingly.
- Comments that are deemed to correct, enhance, or clarify a current study point will be integrated into the study.
- You will not be directly "credited" for your comment if/when it is integrated into the study.
- If your comment is contrary to a current study point or another comment, please explain thoroughly and try to cite a supporting Bible text, SoP quote, or other reputable source.
- Our Participants use the King James Version and abide by the "Sola-Tota-Prima" principle (the Bible only, the total Bible - Old & New Testaments), and the Bible supremely (above church traditions and human philosophy).
- Comments based on unrecognized Bible translations will be deleted.
- Comments that refer to extra-biblical sources that are not cited and verified will be deleted.
- Our Participants use the Historicist approach for the application of Bible prophecy.
- Our Participants follow "Miller's Rules for Bible Interpretation."
- All comments are subject to approval. If you post an inappropriate comment it will be deleted.
- Repeated violations, such as the following, will result in revocation of your privilege to post comments:
- Comments that use profanity will be deleted.
- Comments that make personal attacks will be deleted.
- Comments that express an unsupported opinion will be deleted.
- Comments that are off topic will be deleted.
- Comments that are vague or non-substantive will be deleted.
- Comments containing a link, phone #, or email address will be deleted.
- Comments in a language other than English will be deleted.
